For many Chance visitors, Alex Steinweiss won't be a new discovery, but it's nice to be reminded of his genius, and I hope others will be pleased to be introduced to his work. He literally made graphic design sing. His cover art for vinyl albums in the 1930s through '70s was groundbreaking, and he inspired many who followed him. Taschen published a great book, which has an excellent "leaf through" option, allowing you to view 100 pages of content. Enjoy.
