Anna Karina's "Roller Girl"
Anna Karina's best known role is as Jean-Luc Godard's muse. Yet she's done so much more in her 70+ years. She has over 60 film roles, numerous stage performances, a singing career, and 4 novels to her credit. Here she performs "Roller Girl," written by Serge Gainsbourg. The song appeared in a TV musical comedy called "Anna" in which she sang and acted. A great set and sassy performance (until she gets all blue at the end, but it's amazing to watch her eyes and energy transform in an instant).
