Anyone For Tennis
This post is two discoveries in one. The jeep shown in this photo is a DJ-3A Dispatcher, a pre-cursor to the classic U.S. mail truck. It was known as "fun car" in the '50s and often used at beach resorts for cute, sporty transport. I love its boxy simplicity. And with summer winding down and the U.S. Open starting up, I'm inspired to post Cream's poppy but subversive song, "Anyone For Tennis." Enjoy.
