Please note that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password information, and that you are also responsible for all activities and orders placed while this account is active. By signing up for an account, you warrant that you’re providing accurate information to Chance Studio, LLC, the Chance parent company, and that you are an adult with authority to place orders. By placing an order, you definitively accept the prices and descriptions of items purchased, as well as the general sales conditions. Chance Studio, LLC reserves the right to terminate an account at any time, refuse service, or cancel orders should a concern arise.


We accept payment via major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Our payment gateway partner, Authorize.net, provides a secure environment, ensuring encryption of all transactions.


New York State Sales Tax of 8.875% is applied only to orders shipped within New York State.


If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, we'll gladly provide an exchange or refund for any unused merchandise returned within 15 days of the order's original ship date from our warehouse. Please send your item(s) with your packing list - as it includes your order and RMA number at the top, which is required for all returns and exchanges - to Chance, c/o Lorry Industries, 45-G Engerman Avenue, Denton, MD 21629. All goods must be in their original condition, including original tags and packaging, and to reiterate, must be returned with a copy of the packing list.

On your packing list included with a return, please indicate whether you would like an exchange or refund. Your contact information must be clearly listed, both phone number and e-mail address. Please note that refunds will be credited to the same credit card used for the original order. If returned merchandise is not received within 15 days from the original ship date, we reserve the right to decline your refund or exchange.

Please keep in mind that shipping charges for returns or exchanges are your responsibility. We do not reimburse for these expenses, and we strongly encourage you to purchase insurance for return shipments, as well as delivery confirmation. We cannot be responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit.

During our once a year, week-long sale, all purchases are final; therefore, no refunds can be processed nor exchanges made. We will honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise that was purchased within seven days of the sale start date if the item is still in stock and accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. We are not able to make exceptions to these policies.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display details and colors, but cannot control the nuance of color across all computer screens. We understand the need for utmost care when dealing with sensitive information. All personal information submitted to www.chanceco.com, including your name, e-mail address, phone number, credit card details, billing address, and shipping address is required to fulfill your order and communicate with you. This data will not be shared, sold, rented, or traded to any other organization or person. For actual payment processing, our Merchant Service Provider handles your credit card information safely and securely. We do not store your credit card information. If the need arises to contact you by telephone, we will only do so in order to ensure proper processing of your order or request.
